運送方式

郵局包裹　　：單筆訂單運費100元，滿2000元（含）免運費。
郵局貨到付款：單筆訂單運費100元，滿2000元（含）免運費。

配送取貨說明

出貨時間：由於茶園地址位於山區，出貨時須自行開車到市區寄件，在確認您完成訂單與付款後安排出貨。週一至週五中午12點前，將於當天下午安排出貨，若超過中午12點下單將會在隔天出貨，如遇週末、國定假日或政府公告停班，出貨順延至下一個工作天，若於訂單完成後五個工作天內沒有收到茶葉敬請請與我們聯系。
收貨時間：預計出貨後可於二到三個工作天以內收到，本島以外地區的寄送時間較長，請耐心等候。

『請注意』茶葉的『鑑賞期並非試喝期』，若在收到商品後檢視有不合意之處，切記『請勿拆封』請保留商品完整性 (包括外包裝、真空包裝袋、附件等) ，請將退換商品寄至以下地址：232新北市坪林區坪雙路二段18號，我們將會儘快為您處理。
